Do you have self compassion? Well, if you've got chronic pain, let me tell you, it's a great tool to have in your toolbox!
Here's what I learned from having hit bottom. There's really only 2 choices. You either wallow in the mud down there, or you figure out how to climb out of the hole. All the bitching and moaning in the world won't change a thing. There are things you can control and things you can't. Let go of what you can't control, and start focusing on the things you can control. And stick to it!
